Quiet SPACE – Grass Roots Group

A quiet Space via Zoom led by Anne Atherton.
This event is a static group, comprising six people, who meet together with Anne, using the Quiet space techniques, but in a closed group enabling for deeper sharing. ‘This intimate space takes place via Zoom in the comfort of your own home’. Unfortunately, the current group is now full’ Do contact Anne if you would like to organise a small group of 4-6 people to meet either via Zoom or in person on another day, or time.

Anne uses Music, Poems art and reflective practice to help guide you in a time of quiet reflecting and sharing. This intimate space takes place via Zoom in the comfort of your own home.
Members of the group are encouraged to join at 7:50pm and the time together ends at 9:30pm
